Peter is a long-time Telluride local, moving to town with his family in kindergarten. With 35+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Peter dreamed of starting his own General Contracting business, and in 2014, Concept & Construction Solutions, Inc. came to fruition. Specializing in both residential and commercial builds, the CCS portfolio includes an extensive list of custom single family homes and commercial buildings including the Hanley Pavilion expansion project in the Town of Telluride Town Park and the Design/Build project in the Town of Telluride Campground for the new shower/bath facilities building. Currently, CCS is in active construction on single family homes in both Sawpit and the Ski Ranches, as well as the Historic Nugget building renovation in downtown Telluride. In addition, Peter is an active participant in the Camp V and Deep Creek Experimental events throughout the year and the Burning Man yearly event where he exercises his passion for creativity, people, and artistic expression. Peter is an avid cyclist & skier and participates in the Telluride Adaptive Sports Program in his free time.

RAEGAN ELLEASE | VICE PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Raegan began her career with CCS in July 2017 as Project Manager, overseeing both residential and commercial builds, ranging from 400 sqft. to 10,000 sqft. With her unique set of skills ranging from SketchUp modeling, administrative tasks, permitting, planning, budgeting, and scheduling to orchestrating project collaborations between engineers, architects, designers, clients, and subcontractors, she rose quickly through the ranks. As the current Vice President and Director of Operations, Raegan continues to raise the bar in the local building community. In addition to traditional building solutions, Raegan is also a Certified Passive House Consultant and Tradesperson, exploring creative, low impact, and efficient building solutions whenever possible. A lifelong Colorado resident, Raegan grew up in Bailey and has called Telluride home for the past 17+ years. She enjoys hiking with her dog and skiing in her free time.
